A mandate born in 1981
In May 1981, God spoke to Bishop David Oyedepo, calling him to liberate the world from oppression through the preaching of the Word of faith. That mandate became Living Faith Church Worldwide — known around the world as Winners Chapel.
What began as a single act of obedience has grown into a global ministry spanning continents, with Winners Chapel Ottawa carrying that same mandate forward here in our own community — liberating destinies, restoring hope, and building a family of faith in Nepean and beyond.
